CHLOE DIXON
Hello there! My name is Chloe Dixon
and I'm a New York-based VFX
compositor, motion graphics animator, and camera operator. I graduated in 2025 with a BFA in 3D Animation and Visual Effects from the School of Visual Arts and I am extremely excited to bring my art into the world.
As someone who wears many hats it's hard to fully fit
into one category but I pride myself in being excellent in everything I set my mind to. I believe that it's important as an artist to try everything that excites you because you have no idea what you'll be able to learn and adapt into your toolkit. Mediums overlap and bring about amazing pieces of art.
I've always done arts and crafts, ever since I was little. The fun, carefree art that makes you feel whole and happy. As an artist in my adult years I've admittedly taken this to the extreme because life simply, is boring without it. When you want to make the art you want to see out there, that restless drive for process and trial and error will push you forward to make your imagination reality.​
Over the years, I’ve developed a strong, hands-on understanding of the entire production pipeline — from shooting on set to final visual effects delivery. As a freelance videographer and VFX artist since 2017, I’ve created custom visuals for concerts, theatrical performances, raves, and social media content. Whether I’m filming live performances or compositing complex shots using tools like Nuke, After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Maya, I bring a high level of precision, creativity, and narrative focus to each project.​​
